  • Location Check: This event is strictly for the communities listed above. If your location is found to be outside the cluster zone, your booking may be cancelled or subject to standard (non-discounted) rates.
  • Minimum Unit Requirement: This discounted event is based on a “group buy” model. We reserve the right to reschedule the event date if the minimum number of units for the area is not reached. You will be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Access: Please ensure technicians have clear access to the units at your scheduled time to avoid delays for the rest of the neighborhood.

Community Cleaning Day is a special scheduled service event where we focus on one neighborhood at a time. By clustering appointments in the same area on a single day, we reduce travel time and logistics costs — and pass those savings on to customers through exclusive discounted rates.

Because our technicians are servicing multiple homes within the same area, we save on fuel, time, and operational costs. This allows us to offer special event-only pricing that is not available for regular bookings.

Yes. For PasaBUY (Community Cleaning Day) bookings, payment is required in advance to reserve your slot. This ensures that your schedule is secured and that our team can properly allocate technicians for the cluster.

There is no cancellation for Community Cleaning Day bookings. However, you may reschedule based on the availability of the clustered booking schedule.

If you wish to reschedule:

  • You must choose another available cluster schedule.
  • If no cluster schedule is available, you may top up the price difference to convert your booking to a regular (non-discounted) service schedule.

Community Cleaning Day follows a “group buy” model. If the minimum required number of units in the area is not reached, the event may be rescheduled. You will be notified at least 48 hours in advance.

Yes, you may transfer your booking to another person as long as they are located within the same approved cluster area.

If your address is found to be outside the designated cluster area, our team will notify you via SMS. Your booking may be:

  • Rescheduled to the correct cluster date for your area, or
  • Adjusted to standard (non-discounted) service rates.

Please ensure that:

  • Technicians have clear access to the units.
  • The area around the AC unit is free from obstructions.
  • Parking access is available if applicable.

This helps us stay on schedule and avoid delays for other homes in the community.
